Mi propuesta de hoy os anima a transformar una vitrina o cualquier mueble con baldas que tengáis en casa y darle nueva vida con un toque especial. ¿Cómo hacerlo? ¡Muy fácil! tan solo colocando una sencilla puntilla de ganchillo en color blanco en cada una de sus baldas. Today my proposal encourage you to transform a cabinet or another piece of furniture with shelves that you have, so that you can give it a new life with your special touch. How can you do it? Teniendo en cuenta la longitud de las baldas donde colocaría la puntilla, empecé a tejerla.

You should take in account the shelves lenght before starting to crochet the edge.

seguimos avanzando hasta obtener el largo necesario…

And we continue crocheting till we have the desired lenght…

 

 

A continuación, viene la parte en la que debemos ser más cuidadosos. He utilizado cinta adhesiva de doble cara para pegar la puntilla a las baldas. Colocamos la cinta por la cara interior…

Next here comes the part in which we may be more careful. I’ve used a double sided adhesive ribbon to stick the crochet edge to the shelves. First we put the ribbon by the inside face…

Una vez finalizado este paso, quitamos el papel de la cara exterior y con cuidado vamos pegando la puntilla de forma que quede a su caída, y presionamos para que quede bien fija a la balda.

Once finished this step, we take away the protecting paper from the outside face and with the utmost attention we continue sticking the crochet edge as it goes. We press a little on it until it is completely fixed to the shelf.
